Multiple OS in VPS Hosting
We offer you as many as three different Linux distributions for the Operating System of our virtual private servers - Debian, CentOS and Ubuntu. These are among the most stable and reliable OSs out there and we supply all three of them instead of just one since we realize that you may want to set up some software that has specific requirements for the Operating System it will run on. The latter is due to the fact that each of the three Operating Systems has a large support community behind it and there are different software packages you could install on the web server. Your OS selection will also determine exactly what hosting Control Panel can be set up on the VPS in case you want to use one and that is why we offer multiple Control Panels as well. In the event you decide that you need to have another OS, our technical support can quickly wipe the current one and install the one that you need. In addition, we offer an optional service to have the OS on your VPS updated weekly.
Multiple OS in Dedicated Web Hosting
The dedicated server solutions that we offer come with as many as three different Operating Systems to choose from. They are all Linux release - Ubuntu, CentOS and Debian, and not only do they have no license taxes, but they’re also considered to be among the most reliable and safe OSs. We offer three different ones as each one of them is backed by a separate community. The packages that you could add on your web server are different and this could matter if you want to install some piece of software with particular requirements about the hosting environment. In this light, the web hosting Control Panel that you can select for the dedicated server is also determined by the Operating System that you will pick. You can pick any of the three Operating Systems during the order procedure, but if needed, we can always set up the server anew with an alternative one upon your request. As an optional service that you can add to the package whenever you want, we can update your OS on a regular basis in order to keep it as secure as possible.
